Winners – South Coast Tech Awards 2019!

Tonic has won the prestigious Science and Technology award at the South Coast Tech Awards 2019.  The awards showcase the very best of technology companies in the south coast region and Tonic had to beat off some very stiff competition to ultimately take the award.

The award recognises Tonic’s innovative red.thread® technology that makes extensive use of digital twins and predictive analytics using machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques.  The judges were particularly impressed with the way that Tonic has successfully commercialised its cloud based technology – specifically noting the ease and speed with which the generic technology is being applied across a wide range of applications that currently include: airlines; helicopters; oil & gas; law enforcement; public safety; and the roads ecosystem.

This award not only recognises the great work of the Tonic team of software engineers, data scientists, data engineers, programme managers and domain specialists, but also stands testament to the strong partnerships Tonic has built with its clients and supply chain.
